More History about Sugar Scrub Benefits

Upon its introduction into the Roman Empire,
sugar was at first viewed as more of a medicinal
substance and not as qualified to sweeten foods as
honey. I can hardly imagine that!

In the medieval time period a major use of cane sugar was,
often in tiny quantities, for medicinal purposes.

Sugar has many beneficial properties for the skin and
it's also antibacterial, so it was used to prevent infection
and scarring.

Sugar is also a humectant, so it was used
draw moisture to the skin, specifically lips.

It was also thru out history used as a
medicine to lower fever, stop chest pains,
stimulate digestion and prevent dry lips.

Springdale Sugar Scrubs for eczema

Springdale Sugar Scrubs can be used for mild eczema or psoriasis.
